Allyssa Fluit returned to the State Meet after winning two individual titles last year and came away with two individual titles again this year. Fluit swam the fastest time in state history in the 200 Free to win the state title in the event, defeating her nearest competitor by over 4 seconds. She then turned in the state's best ever performance in the 500 Free, winning by 12 seconds to capture her second title on the day.
The Rams also had great performances by Lauryn Schieffer, who finished 8th in the 200 Free and 7th in the 500 Free; Ashleigh Houlette, who finished 21st in the 100 Free, and Rachelle Houlette, who finished 17th in both the 200 IM and the 100 Butterfly.
The team of A. Fluit, A. Houlette, R. Houlette and L. Schieffer also finished 12th in the 200 Free Relay and 6th in the 400 Free Relay.
As a team, the Rams finished 9th overall.
