SEP Girl's Bowlers Win at Home

The Southeast Polk girls varsity bowling team defeated East 2164 to 1935 and were defeated by Lincoln 2498 to 2164. SEP was led by freshman Kaytlyn Messer's 146-163 total of 309, followed by senior Taylor Fisher's 165-142 = 307, junior Nikki Morrill's 147-155 = 302,senior Alesha Wilson's 145 -149= 294, junior Laura Southward's 150-142 = 292, and senior Cheyenne Thompson's 149 - 141 = 290. East's high bowler was DJ Schmidt 156-155 total of 311 and Lincoln's high bowler was Hannah Duver with a 204-184 total of 388. Varsity girls are now 6-6 on the season. .

The Southeast Polk girls JV bowling team defeated East by forfeit and defeated Lincoln 1854 to 1798. SEP was led by senior Taylor Lawson's 126-165 total of 291 followed by senior Hannah Denning's 118 - 135 = 253, junior Abigail Lane's 109 - 127 = 236, junior Ashley Leadford's 86 -131 = 217 and junior Lacey McGinnis's 108-108 = 216. Lincoln's high bowler was Amy Philavanh with a  132-138 total of 270. JV girls are now 9-1 on the season.
