Junior High Athletic Development Camp


WEEKLY SCHEDULE
JUNE 2 - JULY 18
Monday-Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Fridays off


The sessions are free of charge and designed for students entering grades 7-9 in the fall.


Summer strength and conditioning is not an open gym format. These sessions are highly organized and athletes are required to follow the program designed by the strength and conditioning staff. Focus will be on improving athletes skills in the following areas: core strength, agility, footwork and balance, speed and acceleration, and overall strength.

Sessions will take place in the high school fitness center and gymnasiums.
